For capturing astrophotos, it doesn’t always have to be a cooled astro camera. There are reasons to use a standard DSLR or DSLM camera. However, in the case of astrophotography, an astro modification is recommended.

I found some unused material from M45 while reorganizing my data. The data is from 2021, the telescope has long since been sold, and I first reprocessed it in 2023, then revised it again in 2025 using a new workflow.
