Total solar eclipse – prominences, August 12, 2026

My single shot photo with focus on the prominences.

A very simple edit of one of the individual exposures with the shortest exposure times I had in my photo sequences.

In the processing, I reduced all of the Sun’s glow as much as possible to make the prominences stand out clearly.
