3000 frames at the 1m telescope at Hoher List – my best planet shot yet.

At the club meeting on March 3, 2026, at the AVV at Hohen List, I was able to spontaneously connect my EOS R to the 1-meter telescope and capture 3,000 frames.

I’m sure there’s still plenty of room for improvement, but this image is the best planetary photo in my collection so far.

Time to optimize my planetary photography!
